Wellness Screenings

Our comprehensive health screening is designed to give you a clear picture of your current health status and help identify any potential risks early on. During the screening, we will measure key health indicators that can provide valuable insights into your overall well-being. Here’s what you can expect:

Height and Weight: To assess your body mass index (BMI) and overall health.
Waist Circumference: A simple measurement that helps determine abdominal fat, which can impact your health.
Blood Pressure: We’ll check your blood pressure to assess your heart health and detect any signs of hypertension.
Blood Glucose & A1c Screening: Quick tests to assess your current blood sugar levels and evaluate your average blood sugar over the past 2-3 months, helping to identify risks for diabetes or prediabetes.
Cholesterol Levels (Lipid Profile): We’ll measure your cholesterol to evaluate your heart health and help manage risk factors.
Heart Rate (Pulse): A measure of how efficiently your heart is working.
